Responsibilities

  • Responsible for training of sales personals.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Coordination with Plant/Plant Head for smooth flow of orders/business.

Key Skills

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that enhances sales, revenue and expense controls.
  • Owns all plans & strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • SPOC for Mahindra related to all concerns and business.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
